I find a lot on the breechloaders but nothing on the commercial rifles. Good to hear that also .451 were made. I wonder if mine was ment for target or hunting?

Probably both, although, under Volunteer or NRA shooting rules, it would not be eligible in the Enfield classes.

Very fine looking rifle there! Looks like it would make a good hunting rifle. Are there some form of express sights on it? I cannot make them out. Brett

I have been told that the rifle was intended for "big soft games" (tiger, lion and sofort). But I doubt that strongly. I would have prefered a shorter, doublebarreled rifle with not as delicate sight...
